Job Description

Our client is on the hunt for a dynamic and resultsoriented Sales Executive to join their fastpaced performancedriven team.

If you have a passion for securing new business building client relationships and closing highvalue deals this role is tailormade for you.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling networking and referrals.
  • Effectively crosssell and upsell products and services to both new and existing clients.
  • Oversee the smooth onboarding of new clients ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional service delivery.
  • Represent the business at client meetings presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships to drive client retention and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and manage annual sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Generate leads through outbound communication and convert them into active opportunities.
  • Contribute to revenue generation through a combination of inside and field sales efforts.
  • Lead contract and pricing negotiations to successfully close sales.
Requirements:
  • 35 years of proven experience in a sales role with a strong track record in new business development.
  • A natural hunter mindset energetic proactive and driven to exceed targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident in facetoface engagements presentations and client interactions.
  • Technologically savvy with proficiency in CRM and salesrelated software.
  • Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
  • A relevant qualification in Sales Marketing or Business (Diploma/Degree/Certificate) is highly advantageous.
