Awake Overnight Residential Supervisor

Are you the Awake Overnight Residential Supervisor we have been looking for In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our youth!

Rediscovery is a therapeuticbased group home with a focus on independent living skill building for males between ages 1621. Youth at Rediscovery are able to safely access the community independently and are able to utilize learned coping mechanisms with the support of our comprehensive team including clinical and direct care staff.

Schedule: Includes weekends and holidays

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us there are times where overtime may be mandated.

JRI Provides The Training So That:

• YOU will be able to ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedure while on site and also through rotating on call coverage.
• YOU will support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
• YOU will be able to support all efforts to ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients.
• YOU will support staff and programming through your knowledge of the policies and procedures of the Rediscoverys Residential Department.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of clients.
• Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
• Maintains valid drivers license as transporting clients is required.
• Available to work evenings holidays weekend shifts as required.
• At JRI you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal deescalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our clients!
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
