Job Description
Avery Dennison is seeking an Account Manager for the IPS Products to join the Identification & Solutions Group organization. Reporting to the Sales Manager IPS the successful candidate is responsible for sales efficiency effectiveness customer experience and delivering profitable sales growth goals. Developing our team is a top priority and there will be numerous opportunities to learn new skills and gain new experience.
This position will manage sales for some of our largest IPS Clients.
Responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through closing sales.
Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.
Respond to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Generate develop and implement new business through an agreed business plan which will meet both personal and business goals for expanding sales.
Understand and communicate information regarding company products services policies and procedures to new and existing clients.
Prospecting and cold calling to establish new clients. .
Minimal travel may be required. Must be able to drive/fly as required.
Needs home office/office space availability.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required.
A highly motivated and resultsoriented individual with a minimum of 2 years sales or related experience
Experience with using and maintaining a CRM system.
Working knowledge of Google Suite programs.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Additional Information :
The salary range for this position is $71175 $94900/ year.
The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range and in some circumstances may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to a candidates relevant skills experience education and training and location as well as the job scope and complexity responsibilities and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position which may change depending on the candidate pool.
