Job Description
Brosnan Security Services seeks enthusiastic passionate Shift Supervisor for our retail banking locations. The ideal candidate for the Security Officer position is excellent with customers and has an impressive ability to communicate well with others. This is a great opportunity to join Brosnan Security a dynamic highpowered security team focused on securing client properties while delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation: $1820 per hour
Shift hours:
Wed Friday 3PM 11PM
Sat Sunday 7AM 3PM
Responsibilities:
Oversee12 site Security Officers
Execute security services as outlined in sitespecific post orders and directed by Security Management
Stand in a professional position (for up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile concrete carpet)
Act as a customerfriendly deterrent to crime
Observe and report suspicious activities and persons
Write detailed narrative reports and maintain daily incident reports (DIRs)
Enforce rules regulations policies procedures and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance.
Qualifications:
Valid State Issued Security License
Valid stateissued Drivers License
Must have excellent command of the English language
Must have great customer service/communication skills
Must have excellent computer skills and/or card access control systems
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Military veteran or have law enforcement experience preferred but not required
2 years minimum Supervisor experience preferably Security Industry
Retail or relevant Customer Service experience is a plus!
