As a registered and authorised supplier to the NHS Direct Medics Mental Health Team are working with Psychiatry professionals throughout the UK & Ireland to help them find new and exciting opportunities to further develop their career.

Job Description:

As such Direct Medics are working in partnership to find an experienced and dedicated ST1ST3 (SHO) Doctor to fulfill this General Adult Psychiatry role based in Edinburgh Scotland providing a comprehensive specialist general mental health service for the working age adult population of the area.

Locum roles with Direct Medics are a great way of enhancing your earning potential as well as working with some of the most professional and successful Mental Health teams in the country.

This is a full time role Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm supporting the NHS teams which will provide excellent experience for Doctors wishing to pursue a career in Psychiatry.

Requirements:

Valid GMC registration

At least 1years experience in the assessment and management of mental health disorders affecting the adult population.

Right to Live and Work in the UK

Previous experience of working as an ST1ST3 Doctor in a Mental Health Team in the UK or Ireland

Must be available to live and work in the Edinburgh area full time.

Must be prepared to go through the full registration process to enable you to work in the NHS
