Our client a leading commercial drywall contractor in Seattle is expanding their Special Projects Group and seeking a Project Engineer to support projects under $600K.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This growthoriented position offers significant advancement potential within our Special Projects Group focusing on fastpaced smallerscale commercial projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
Basic understanding of commercial construction
Strong organizational and communication skills
Construction experience a plus but not required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Special Projects Group (projects under $600K)
Handle project documentation and submittals
Assist with project scheduling and coordination
Manage RFIs and change orders
Learn commercial drywall systems and practices
Support project managers and field teams
Assist with project closeout documentation
Participate in project meetings
