RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop Manager to join our clients retail team in Bloemfontein. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and resultsdriven individual to lead store operations ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Responsibilities
- Oversee daytoday store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Lead motivate and manage store staff to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock control and replenishment
- Implement store merchandising layout and displays in line with brand standards
- Handle customer queries feedback and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular reporting on sales performance store metrics and staff development
- Manage cash handling and store banking processes
Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Retail Management or Business Administration is advantageous
- Proven experience as a Shop Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail sector
- Strong understanding of sales merchandising and customer service practices
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Computer literacy and familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passionate about people development and customer engagement
