Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a General Worker Team Leader to assist in supervising the General Workers and Checkers onsite. Please refer to the minimum requirements duties and responsibilities below for further information.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Instructing Team Members clearly as to what you expect of them
- Proactively keeping a high standard of housekeeping
- Organising staff to ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Reporting hazards and injuries to the appropriate manager
- Assisting the line manager with daily operational task
- In the absence of the line manager they will lead the team
- Making sure all of the tasks and documentations are completed per shift
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4
- Up to 3 years experience
- Ability to motivate the team and direct work flow
- Must have own reliable transport
