We are seeking a dynamic and transformative HR Associate Director to lead our HR team at our plant in Lessines Belgium. With a focus on creating a positive and inclusive work culture the HR Associate Director will be responsible for driving HR strategies policies and programs that support our 1000 blue and white collars.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys overall business objectives.
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages employee engagement collaboration and professional growth.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and execute HR initiatives including talent acquisition performance management learning and development and employee relations.
Oversee the HR operations ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws regulations and company policies.
Partner with business leaders to address workforce planning succession planning and talent management needs.
Lead the HR team in providing exceptional service to employees addressing their concerns and facilitating a positive employee experience.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging HR technologies to drive continuous improvement in our HR functions.
YOUR PROFILE:
Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field. A masters degree or relevant HR certification is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience with a proven track record of success in a large organization.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong experience in unions relations within a manufacturing site.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results. Knowledge of local and international labor laws regulations and best practices
