Job Description
Flight Operations Coordinator Position Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years working in a Navy Reserve Unit as either a military or commercial flight operations coordinator.
- Skill Areas:
- Coordination with airtraffic control and maintenance personnel.
- Dispatch operations.
- Use of airfield landing and navigational aids.
- Implementation of airfield safety procedures.
- Maintenance and monitoring of flight records.
- Application of weather information.
- Coordination with dispatch service agents for air routing and airfield services.
- Proficiency in flight planning software and aviation procedures
- Secret Clearance:
- Must obtain and/or maintain DoD Secret Clearance
- Must be US citizen with a minimum of a National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Checks (NACLC) investigation current
within 5 years
