About the role
Join our team supporting three dynamic men in their mid to late 30s. They are excited to welcome a new support person to share in their adventures and daily lives. These men value their independence and enjoy having choice and control over their activities while also cherishing group social outings. The residents have a wide range of interests that keep their days vibrant and fulfilling these include spending quality time with loved ones bowling and disco nights going for bushwalks and playing minigolf listening to music and watching actionpacked films hitting the gym swimming and playing basketball in the backyard taking public transport to explore the city cooking their favourite meals together watching footy games with great enthusiasm expressing creativity through painting and crafting.
Every day is an opportunity for new experiences and cherished memories. The men here are not just housemates; they are friends who support each other and enjoy life to the fullest. Come join them and be a part of this lively and welcoming community.

Skills & Experience
In order to be compliant successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and an International Criminal History Record Check; if you have resided for 12 months or more outside of Australia in the last 10 years. A NDIS workers screening check is also required and a current Victorian Drivers Licence is essential.
You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for this opportunity.
