SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master with strong experience in Agile project delivery and handson expertise in SAP S/4HANA environments to facilitate our agile development process and help our crossfunctional teams deliver highquality products efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Scrum methodology and act as a servant leader to remove impediments facilitate meetings and coach team members in agile practices.
What you will do:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
- Support and coach team members in Scrum practices and principles
- Identify track and help the team remove impediments that impact productivity
- Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions
- Help establish estimation and forecasting practices that maintain predictable delivery
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is refined and prioritized
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a healthy team dynamic
- Track and report on team metrics and continuously improve processes
- Coach stakeholders in effectively interacting with Scrum teams
- Promote engineering best practices within the development team
- Encourage selforganization and crossfunctionality within the team
- Support organizational agile transformation efforts
Qualifications and Skills:
- 10 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong experience in Agile project delivery and handson expertise in SAP S/4HANA environments
- Strong knowledge of Scrum framework values practices and applications; familiarity with other Agile methodologies (Kanban SAFe etc.) is a plus
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps or equivalent.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) DevOps and Agile engineering practices.
- Work closely with Product Owners and business leads to refine and prioritize user stories specific to SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g. FI MM SD PP).
- Strong communication servant leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Problemsolving mindset with the ability to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent facilitation coaching and conflict resolution skills
- Experience working with distributed/remote teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional Scrum Master (CSPSM) PSM II/III SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or other Agile leadership certifications.
- SAP certifications (e.g. SAP Activate S/4HANA modules) are a plus.
- Background in software development quality assurance (QA) business analysis or other technical roles.
- Experience in organizational change management and Agile transformation initiatives.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent certification (SAFe Scrum Master preferred).
