Job Description
Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and experienced Traveling Wellness Director to join our dynamic team! This vital role provides interim clinical leadership and support to our senior living communities during times of transition regulatory readiness or temporary staffing needs.
As a Traveling Wellness Director you will be responsible for overseeing the wellness departments in assigned communities ensuring the highest standards of resident care and compliance with all applicable regulations. This position requires a strong clinical background leadership skills and a flexible travel schedule to serve where you are needed most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide interim leadership for the wellness department in the absence of a community Wellness Director.
- Plan organize and direct wellness operations to ensure exceptional resident care.
- Support communities during leadership transitions audits and operational challenges.
- Promote regulatory compliance and readiness across locations.
- Collaborate with community leaders to uphold Claibornes commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Current RN or LPN license (statedependent).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior living care setting with leadership experience.
- Experience in assisted living or senior care required.
- Proven leadership and clinical management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel 100%.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Adaptable solutionoriented and committed to highquality care.
