Mission Statement:The Tender manager will be responsible for Business Enhancement in Government Sector.
- Searching tender on EProcurement Portal GeM Private organization tenders Ariba etc.
- Checking and analysing qualification criteria.
- Tender commercial terms and preparing Tender documentation.
- Submitting PreBid Queries/ Clarifications.
- Participating in tender.
- Participating in Tender Auctions.
- Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office applications Excel Word PowerPoint Presentation.
- Maintaining Company credential documentation and vendor registrations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating efforts across various departments Management Sales Team with department of Estimations Purchase and Accounts to submit the tender within the stipulated deadlines of each tendering activities.
- Customer interaction during PreBid and PostBid.
- Proficient in risk assessment related to Tenders.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
- Degree Or Diploma in Engineering or Technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry.
- Understanding of overall business and various functional arrangements of SSM Infotech.
- Strong time management / prioritization skills.
- Strong leadership communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to travel when required.
