Job Description
TSP is a fastpaced fullservice design firm that successfully integrates architecture engineering interior design and planning. Since 1930 TSP has been discovering facility design solutions that truly match the vision and mission of our clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
Team members will contribute to creating impactful legacybuilding designs for major projects in industries like healthcare and education. Responsibilities include researching planning designing and developing sustainable mechanical systems.
Specific Duties:
- Evaluating and analyzing statistical data customer design proposals specifications and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
- Evaluating design drawings and calculations for HVAC plumbing components piping and mechanical systems to satisfy target requirements throughout the design process and contribute to content and direction.
- Coordinate with architects engineers technicians clients subconsultants and others in the design of mechanical systems on a project level basis.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
- 310 years of experience designing HVAC systems for commercial buildings.
- Proficient with Revit
Compensation varies based on the candidates background and skills.
