Financial Recovery Technologies (FRT) is a technologybased services firm that helps institutional investors identify file claims and collect funds made available in securities Class Actions settlements globally. Through our proprietary technology platform and processes we deliver the most comprehensive range of securities class action filing services to our clients who are investment management companies pension funds hedge funds global custodians sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investment firms.

We are seeking a phenomenal US Sales Manager who will report to our Chief Revenue Officer to lead our sales organization driving results through active territory pipeline and people management. Candidates should have a strong solution sales background in the financial sector and a dynamic playercoach mentality.


As the Sales Manager at FRT you will:

  • Make our sales team hum like a welloiled machine that achieves (or overachieves!) its targets
  • Lead and mentor the sales team providing coaching and guidance to enhance performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive enterprise sales growth.
  • Ensure our top prospects are regularly engaged while allowing no stone left unturned
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Utilize advanced sales technology to optimize the sales process and improve efficiency.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field (masters preferred).
  • Experience selling to large buy side and sell side organizations in middle to back office.
  • 10 years of experience in enterprise sales with a successful track record.
  • Strong knowledge of sales technology and modern prospecting processes.
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Techsavvy with proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Processoriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Sees opportunity in changing and is constantly evolving their gototomarket skills and knowledge.
  • Intellectually curious with a demonstrated commitment to continuous growth; and
