We are looking for a dynamic US IT Recruiter to source screen and hire top IT talent for USbased clients. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle working with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen IT candidates using job portals (Dice Monster LinkedIn etc..
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates technical and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary rates and employment terms with candidates.
- Manage endtoend recruitment including onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements:
- Experience: 01 years in US IT recruitment.
- Skills: Boolean search ATS technical screening negotiation onboarding.
- Knowledge: US tax terms (W2 C2C 1099 visa classifications (H1B GC TN OPT CPT).
- Other: Excellent communication relationship management and multitasking skills.
