Job Description

Urgently Seeking for IT Sector:
Business Development Manager Enterprise Account (MUMBAI)

We are an Authorized Consultant to a company established in 2016 specializing in cloudcentric collaboration and communication solutions. Established by a team of experts with decades of experience in designing engineering deploying integrating and maintaining Collaboration and Unified communications solutions.


  • Position : BDM Enterprise Account.
  • Location : MUMBAI
  • Experience : 4 TO 8 YEARS
  • Salary : upto 9.00 LPA (Not limited to the right candidate)
  • Education : B.E (Electronics & Telecommunication) MBA in sales.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Extensive experience in developing funnel in major/key enterprise accounts to sell UC (including voice video conferencing) solutions independently
  • Understanding of major competitive offerings in the market including Avaya NEC Cisco Unify AlacatelLucent Zoom HP Poly Samsung LG and many more.
  • Existing relationships with key decision makers within prospect organizations.
  • Responsible for handling a set of medium to major/key enterprise accounts.
  • Should be able to discuss with senior level position and should be able to develop mind share across designations.
  • Capable of independently handling technocommercial aspects when handling an opportunity.
  • Proactively develops and creates customer relationships for key accounts.
  • Track record of successfully achieving sales revenues for each quarter.
  • Manage close relationship with OEM account managers in the region of operation.
  • Active development of customer relationships longterm partnership with Key Account & Key Account Stakeholders & as a preferred value partner for all the assigned Key Account Should be responsible for Strategic Key management coordinate sales force and other resources pricing based on investment availability and competitors intelligence order follow up for relationship management.
  • Keeping abreast of competition competitive issues and products.
  • Conducting contract negotiations independently.
