PAY RANGE

$69000 $92000 Annualy Pay based on applicable experience and qualifications

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role is a blend of Recruiting Coordination 50 and Operations 50. In this position you will support and optimize our talent acquisition processes and reporting. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment experience for candidates hiring managers and recruiters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment operations data analytics and process improvement.

This is a hybrid position based on current MidPen policy of working Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Foster City Office. Monday Wednesday and Friday option to work from home or the office. When working from home requires a reliable internet connection.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Schedule and coordinate interview and debriefs
  • Help organize hiring events including job fairs and college recruitment
  • Offer letter generation tracking and onboarding coordination with People Operations
  • Manage background check compliance
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and reporting
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and support to recruiters and hiring teams on ATS usage compliance and best practices
  • Develop and implement standardized recruitment workflows and recruitment process documentation to improve efficiency ensuring compliance with hiring regulations and company policies
  • Maintain auditready hiring records and oversee internal audits for compliance
  • Collaborate with recruiters hiring managers and HR teams to streamline interview scheduling candidate communications and onboarding processes
  • Maintain and enhance the candidate experience by improving communication touchpoints and reducing friction in the hiring process
  • Support employer branding initiatives through job postings social media engagement and career site updates
  • Assist in vendor management ensuring optimal use of recruiting agencies tools job boards and technology platforms
  • Identify and implement process automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with legal hiring standards such as EEOC
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the education knowledge skill and/or ability required.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2 years of experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition
  • 1 years of experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and automation tools is a plus

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Analytical skills with experience in reporting dashboards and recruitment analytics
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws hiring compliance and data privacy regulations
  • Must possess a valid California Drivers License proof of current auto insurance and reliable transportation
