Job Description
Finance & Insurance Manager
Position Summary:
New Holland Auto Group a trusted name in the community and a multibrand automotive dealership is seeking a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager. The ideal candidate will lead the dealerships finance and insurance operations ensuring a seamless and compliant process for our customers while maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present financing leasing and insurance options to customers in a clear ethical and compliant manner
- Maintain strong relationships with a variety of lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive terms
- Offer and sell vehicle protection products such as extended service plans GAP insurance and tire & wheel packages
- Ensure all deal paperwork is accurately completed submitted and funded in a timely manner
- Achieve and exceed dealership F&I performance targets and product penetration goals
- Stay up to date with federal state and local regulations regarding vehicle sales and finance compliance
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline the customer buying process
- Utilize the Reynolds & Reynolds DMS for deal entry contracts reporting and compliance tracking
- Conduct regular training with the sales team to improve F&I referral quality and product understanding
- Handle customer questions and resolve any financerelated issues quickly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive finance and insurance management preferred but not required
- Reynolds & Reynolds or other dealership management systems experience is a plus
- Understanding of lending structures credit applications and F&I product offerings
- Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills
- Knowledge of federal and state compliance regulations (e.g. Truth in Lending Privacy Act Red Flags Rule)
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass a background check
- Experience working in a multibrand dealership environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
