Automotive Dealership Service Porter
Are you a responsible reliable car lover with a good driving record and a positive attitude We are looking for an enthusiastic safe driver who can help manage the service stalls pick up customer vehicles clean cars and contributing to a positive customer experience. Our ideal candidate for this Service Porter role will maintain a professional appearance and greet our customers with a smile.
Dealership Service Porter responsibilities:
- Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls service lane service drive and within our parking lot.
- Work with the Service Advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks cleaning cars driving vehicles from service stalls fielding customer requests and other assigned duties.
- Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs.
- Clean parking lot service stalls and other vehicle areas when needed.
- Service customer needs with a positive attitude.
Dealership Service Porter preferred qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Possess a valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Candidates are required to pass a background check
- Basic knowledge of automotive repairs or service processes a plus
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
- A positive attitude with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
