Job Description
Summary:
The BMW Genius will be the goto expert for vehicle technology guiding customers through the features of their new BMW and supporting the sales process by delivering an exceptional and informative experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Show customers how their BMW features work (like Bluetooth navigation parking assist etc.
- Answer tech questions in person by phone or after delivery
- Follow up with new owners to offer more support or walkthroughs
- Stay current on new BMW models and features
- Assist the sales team during test drives or vehicle deliveries
- Lead oneonone or small group tech sessions for customers
- Help train coworkers on how to explain and demonstrate BMW technology
Qualifications :
- 1 year of experience helping customers understand and use technology
- Comfortable explaining tech features to people in a clear and friendly way
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for cars tech and learning new things
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass preemployment testing to include background checks MVR drug test credit report and valid drivers license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working at a BMW dealership
- Prior experience as a BMW Genius or similar product specialist role
- Strong knowledge of BMW features models and tech packages
Additional Information :
Compensation (Hourly plus commission):
- OTE (On target earnings): $52000 $69000 / year
- Based on performance
Schedule:
- FULL TIME
- 5 days / 2 days off
- Weekend availability required
