Job Description
Appalachian Vascular and Interventional Radiology is committed to serving the imaging and treatment needs of patients throughout Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. The IR section is clinicbased but practices at Johnson City Medical Center a 400bed tertiary level 1 Trauma facility and a Stroke Center of Excellence. The IR section also covers Niswonger Childrens Hospital and six other acute care facilities under an exclusive contract with Ballad Health a notforprofit health system based in the Appalachian Highlands Region.
Our interventional radiologists are leaders in bringing this modern specialty to our region. Our clinicbased practice consists of five advanced practice providers who handle all inpatient consultations and perform a wide range of procedures allowing interventionalists to focus on the most complex cases and cuttingedge interventions. We have an exceptional collaborative working relationship with the Ballad Health leadership team which assures the technical and financial support to thrive both professionally and personally.
Compensation Details:
$600000 base compensation with ability to earn more compensation with Stroke Call
$50000 signing bonus
