Lime is hiring an Associate Manager to join our Commerce Distribution Center team! In this role you will report to Sr. Manager Distribution & Logistics.
The Associate Manager Commerce Distribution Center will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the distribution center ensuring seamless of warehouse functions to meet business demands. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive operational efficiencies optimize workflows and maintain high standards for safety quality and performance. By leveraging datadriven decisionmaking process improvements and team development the Associate Manager will ensure the distribution center supports the broader supply chain strategy while delivering exceptional service levels..
The individual hired into this position must be able to work in the Commerce Ca Hub five 5 days a week.
What you will do:
Lead & optimize distribution center operations by managing daily warehouse performance ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations and driving service excellence. Influence broader business strategies by aligning warehouse functions with longterm company goals.
Enhance logistics efficiency through network standardization leveraging data analytics to streamline processes optimize fulfillment timelines and improve inventory accuracy. Proactively identify and implement strategies that support scalability and operational expansion.
Develop a highperforming adaptable team by implementing structured coaching career development frameworks and crossfunctional collaboration. Ensure team members are positioned for longterm success while fostering a culture of continuous learning and ownership.
Support development and track highimpact operational KPIs ensuring datadriven decisionmaking and continuous improvement in service levels cost efficiency and process standardization.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Finance Planning and Operations teams ensuring alignment of distribution center strategies with broader organizational goals. Drive crossfunctional projects that contribute to operational growth.
Develop proactive solutions for complex warehouse challenges implementing risk mitigation strategies and driving resolution of highimpact operational issues that affect network efficiency.
About you:
5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse supply chain or distribution environment with a proven track record of driving businesswide improvements and longterm strategic impact.
Bachelors degree in Operations Management Supply Chain Engineering or related field preferred.
Strong analytical and decisionmaking abilities with expertise in logistics strategy formulation process optimization and crossfunctional .
Advanced proficiency in ERP WMS integrations and data analysis tools (Excel Google Suite NetSuite Oracle Transportation Management or BI software) with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Knowledge of OSHA environmental regulations and state/federal labor standards ensuring safety and compliance at a strategic level.
Ability to travel up to 10 as needed with experience in managing distributed teams and regional warehouse operations.
Preferred Qualifications
NetSuite ERP experience is a benefit.
Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement expertise with a focus on strategic implementation.
Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of an organization aligning distribution initiatives with overall business objectives.
