Job Description
Location: InHouse Vancouver BC
Salary: $65000 $75000
Our client is afullservice law firm offering legal services across multiple practice areas to clients in Vancouver and throughout British Columbia. Thay are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team. This role involves handling residential real estate transactions from start to finish supporting various propertyrelated matters and assisting with estate administrationrelated real estate work.
Key Responsibilities:
Process residential property transactions including purchases sales refinances and private lending arrangements.
Assist with property transfers and related matters in estate administration cases.
Manage a steady volume of transactions each month ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Oversee files from initial instruction through to closing including document preparation and review.
Communicate directly with clients to gather required information and provide updates.
Coordinate with third parties to obtain necessary statements reports and supporting documents.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
35 years of handson experience in residential real estate transactions.
Strong working knowledge of LTSA BC Online PPSA searches and ProSuite.
Proficiency with MS Word Outlook Teams and NetDocs.
Experience using office technology such as scanners copiers and document management systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and deadlinedriven setting.
