Job Description

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or vocational training in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a service technician in home repair and/or commercial maintenance. Personal tools are required for consideration.
- Proficiency in using hand tools power tools and various equipment.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Own truck or van with a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to stoop bend kneel stretch lift and carry items relevant to repair and maintenance tasks.
- Availability to work required business hours without tardiness interruptions or early departures. Typical hours are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Ability to read interpret and navigate maps within the assigned territory.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Siding soffit and fascia repair.
- Window replacement.
- Deck repair and building.
- Touchup painting and general painting.
- Furniture or equipment assembly.
- Carpentry work.
- Minor brick work and tuckpointing.
- Pouring concrete for small projects.
- Fence repair and installation.
- Framing and door adjustments/installation.
- Gutter cleaning and repair.
- General handyman tasks.
- Competitive pay ranging from $22 to $28 per hour.
