Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with listing authorities and market disclosures.
- Develop investment themes and communicate value propositions with the CFO and executive team.
- Engage with investors to address queries and promote the companys growth.
- Lead investor awareness campaigns and diversify the shareholder base.
- Coordinate annual reports and sustainability reports.
- Manage relationships with investor communities and analysts.
- Oversee preparation of presentations and marketing materials for analysts and investors.
- Develop and implement investor relations targeting programs.
- Monitor and analyze market performance and investor feedback.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Commerce Business or Finance.
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation skills.
