Job Title: Division 8 Estimator Comsense Experience
Location: DallasFort Worth TX

As demand grows were looking to bring on an experienced Division 8 Estimator whos skilled in Comsense and ready to hit the ground running.
Position Summary:
The Division 8 Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial door frame and hardware projects. This individual must be proficient in Comsense (Advantage and Enterprise) understand construction documents and have a deep knowledge of Division 8 specifications.
- Review architectural drawings specifications and addenda to prepare accurate takeoffs.
- Use Comsense to create detailed estimates and proposals.
- Collaborate with sales and project management to ensure accurate scope coverage.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for current pricing and availability.
- Track bid deadlines and maintain organized bid documentation.
- Participate in bid reviews and scope meetings when needed.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends code requirements and product updates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience estimating Division 8 scopes (doors frames hardware).
- Required: Proficient in Comsense Advantage and Enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction documents and specifications.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
- Familiarity with DFW construction market a plus.
