As a Senior Analyst Enterprise Strategy you will be part of a team that is helping shape the strategy for:
- Our Aetna business including Medicare Medicaid Commercial and Individual and Family Plans businesses and/or
- Our newly formed CVS Healthspire Health Care Delivery business unit including our Retail Health Accountable Care Home Care (Signify Health) and Primary Care (Oak Street Health MinuteClinic) businesses.
We will determine alignment based on candidate interest and experience.
Our Enterprise Strategy team is a small highperforming group that works closely with senior leadership to pave the way for the future of our company. In Strategy you will work handinhand with senior business leaders to identify and analyze exciting new opportunities to drive growth and differentiation in a dynamic industry.
This position has a unique opportunity to be on the cutting edge of CVS Healths aspirations to grow our health services and care delivery capabilities and maintain Aetnas leadership in the market. In this role you will engage across our core businesses develop strong relationships with senior executives and provide analysis guidance and direction within areas of expertise.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner on formulation preparation and communication of strategic and operational business plans.
- Contributes to crossfunctional strategic projects executed in partnership with senior leadership.
- Leads research associated with business issues and plan formulation including development of business cases.
You will be working in a hybrid role 3 days a week onsite) in one of the CVS Health offices in New York NY and or Wellesley MA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience preferably in consulting investment banking healthcare strategy or operations role in an analytical environment
- Experience building and evaluating financial models and quickly developing executivelevel presentations and support material to successfully implement strategy.
- Ability to identify structure and solve business problems.
- Excellent interpersonal organizational written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience developing analysis presentations and support material to successfully drive decisions and strategy implementation.
- This role may require travel up to 25
Education
- Undergraduate degree and or equivalent relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background with payor or provider organizations and specifically valuebased care

The typical pay range for this role is:
$50188.00 $122400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
