Youll work at the leading edge of content marketing with a highperforming team of innovative thinkers across analytics creative and community management. Youll help our client navigate the alwaysevolving social landscape to deliver the most relevant and impactful social content and engagement.

We are looking for someone who can join us in a Freelance capacity and can commit to up to 40 hours weekly for 3 months.

What youll do

• Lead endtoend content production from talent identification briefing and engagement to calendar development shooting editing and publishing
• Contribute strategic creative ideas for using shortform social video in innovative ways to help the client achieve their communications marketing and business goals
• Concept direct edit and produce shortform video for TikTok Instagram Stories Twitter and other social channels
• Partner with account leadership to align content with the clients overall social strategy
• Work closely with the client relationship manager who oversees both accounts to lead and manage strategic programs ensuring the team is providing a high standard of client service
• Manage expectations against results troubleshoot and be proactive in identifying challenges and opportunities and ensure flawless
• Develop and publish thought leadership on TikTok and shortform social video
• Lead and mentor junior to midlevel team members to build a culture of high performance

What you have:

• Bachelors degree is preferred but not required
• 3 years of relevant experience
• You must have a link or links to your social work
• Proven track record in producing and editing content for social that helps increase brand engagement and outreach feel free to submit examples of pages that youve produced for
• Creative capability and technical expertise in TikTok production and video editing
• Thorough understanding of TikTok user and community dynamics
• Experience leveraging best practices to maximize engagement and views
• Experience in producing brand TikTok and Instagram content
• Ability to provide clear direction to oncamera talent both live and in writing
• Agency experience strongly preferred but not required
• Passion for collaboration and inclusion
• Ability to manage and juggle multiple tasks and timelines

Please note: We are open to considering qualified remote candidates in other locations.

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon among other factors: a candidates skills qualifications and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations. Hourly rate: $50/hour $60/hour.
