Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of 25 software engineers fostering professional growth and a collaborative culture.
- Take full ownership of product or project delivery ensuring quality standards deadlines and user requirements are met.
- Utilize expertise in PHP Symfony (or similar frameworks) microservices architecture domaindriven design and hexagonal architecture to guide development efforts.
- Drive continuous process improvement identifying and implementing efficiencies in development workflows.
- Work within an Agile (Scrum) environment collaborating with Product Owners Business Analysts and DevOps teams to deliver highquality software.
- Foster strong relationships within and across teams to align on project goals and objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews set individual goals and provide constructive feedback to support team development.
