As the Regional Financial Director for South Africa you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and performance of a dynamic international organization. Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize the regional accounting organization ensuring a robust control environment
Drive financial planning and analysis to support strategic decisionmaking
Spearhead budget management and business planning activities
Provide insightful financial direction to enhance overall business performance
Manage key financial operations including billing A/R A/P G/L and revenue recognition
Conduct indepth variance analysis and propose actionable recommendations
Collaborate across organizational boundaries to achieve regional and corporate objectives
Champion professional development within the finance team
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
Drive working capital management and cash flow optimization
Requirements:
CA (SA) qualification (Chartered Accountant)
10 years of experience in a multinational manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling
Excellence in budgeting forecasting and financial statement analysis
