About the Role:
As a Video Content Analyst your role will involve reviewing and assessing usergenerated content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines and community standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate different content types (text images videos etc. for compliance with platform rules
- Enforce moderation policies consistently and impartially across all user content
- Handle user appeals professionally offering clear and transparent explanations for moderation decisions
- Stay updated on policy changes and industry best practices
- Spot emerging trends and potential risks offering suggestions to improve moderation processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance moderation efforts
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- Relevant Experience is preferable
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
