Our client is a leading service provider in the property and financial solutions industry specializing in technologydriven services to enhance efficiency and security in community schemes and sectional title management. With a commitment to digital transformation they seek an experienced Head of IT to drive strategic innovation IT governance and cybersecurity initiatives while optimizing their technology infrastructure.
As the Head of IT you will be responsible for developing and executing the IT strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives while enhancing operational efficiency security and scalability. This leadership role requires expertise in IT governance cybersecurity cloud adoption and infrastructure management while fostering a highperformance IT team and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Advise the executive team on emerging technologies and digital transformation opportunities.
- Oversee IT budgeting ensuring costeffective use of resources while maximizing impact.
- Establish and monitor IT performance metrics and KPIs to track efficiency and business contribution.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management:
- Implement robust cybersecurity policies and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards related to IT and data protection.
- Conduct security audits vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to mitigate risks.
- Develop and oversee disaster recovery and business continuity plans to enhance resilience.
IT Operations & Infrastructure:
- Lead the design implementation and maintenance of IT systems networks and infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability scalability and reliability of IT services.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal service and pricing.
- Drive the adoption of cloudbased solutions to improve flexibility and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build and mentor a highperforming IT team fostering a culture of innovation and learning.
- Define roles and responsibilities within the IT department to ensure clarity and accountability.
- Promote crossfunctional collaboration to align IT solutions with business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Communicate IT strategy priorities and performance to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various business units to understand needs and develop tailored IT solutions.
- Build strong relationships with external partners vendors and regulators.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
5 years of experience in IT leadership with a proven track record in strategy development and .
Expertise in IT systems infrastructure and emerging technologies.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks risk management and compliance.
Excellent leadership communication and decisionmaking abilities.
