We are seeking an experienced Home Care Liaison that is currently marketing for Home Care in West Los Angeles.

Qualifications
2 years of sales experience in home care
Existing relationships with referral resources
Excellent skills in communication management organization and problemsolving
Knowledge of nonprofit organizations fundraising and other relevant skills are a plus
Responsibilities
Coordinating with hospital family referral resources
Ensuring seamless services as patients transition to athome care
