Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources functions ensuring compliance with company requirements and labour legislation. This role involves recruitment onboarding performance management payroll and benefits administration and strategic HR planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
  • Recruit and onboard new hires.
  • Improve talent acquisition strategies.

2. Performance Management:
  • Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
  • Manage departmental performance issues.
  • Plan and implement a comprehensive performance management function.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework.

3. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Manage payroll and benefits for employees.
  • Measure the effectiveness of benefits programs and recommend improvements.
  • Design compensation and benefits programs.

4. Compliance and Legal:
  • Review and update employment contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure record keeping and data processing procedures comply with company requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation.

5. HR Systems and Data Management:
  • Manage development and implementation of monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards.
  • Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools.

6. Training and Development:
  • Demonstrate expertise training managers and employees.

7. Communication:
  • Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys).


Requirements


Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR required; HR certification preferred.
  • Work experience of 8 years as an Asst. Manager/Manager of HR or similar role.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools.
  • Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation.
