Join Our Team as a Human Resources Officer (Graduate Role)
Are you a recent graduateor currently working towards a qualification in Human Resources or a related field Were looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our HR team as a Human Resources Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in a supportive environment where youll gain handson experience across key HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee engagement and compliance. If youre eager to develop your skills and contribute to a positive workplace culture wed love to hear from you. This is a permanent fulltime position for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Your Contribution
As a Graduate or working towards becoming a Graduate in Human Resources you will be a valuable member of a dynamic team contributing to our operational success and providing quality service to our employees.
Under the guidance of an experienced team you will be exposed to a variety of roles within the People and Culture section and assist with a variety of personnel services. This can include areas such as endtoend recruitment maintaining employee records employee inductions training and development internal communications employee relations and Work Health Safety and Wellbeing.
