We are seeking a Travel Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company s business travel including booking accommodations handling insurance and serving as the internal point of contact for both employees and vendors.
Work location Remote from Ukraine
Responsibilities:
- Book flights hotels and transportation for employees business trips ensuring the use of allocations where available
- Assist employees with travel planning and coordination
- Act as the travel system (Mesh) administrator and operate all troubleshooting related to it
- Be the focal point for suppliers (i.e. travel agencies hotels and airlines)
- Negotiate contracts and travel prices source the best prices and liaise with agents directly on any changes or operational requirements
- Collect and approve financial statements and invoices and submit to the Finance department as required and ensure all necessary payments have been received on time
- Assist the Finance Department with invoice queries as they arise
- Act as emergency contact for travel issues

Requirements :
- 2 years of experience in Operational roles such as a Coordinator PA Office Manager or equivalent
- Experience in coordinating business travels
- Experience working with a Travel system (i.e. Mesh CombTAS Egencia TravelPerk)
- Experience working with Clevel executives
- Fluent communication skills in English. Additional European languages an advantage
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Experience working under pressure with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of Google Workspace an advantage
