Job Description
- Oversee the endtoend finance function including financial reporting cash flow management and internal controls.
- Prepare monthly management accounts budgets forecasts and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (SARS VAT Income Tax etc..
- Support operational teams with financial insights and reporting.
- Liaise with external auditors banks and service providers.
- Drive process improvements and system efficiencies.
- Manage and develop a small finance team.
Requirements:
- BCom Degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent (CIMA or SAIPA/SAICA articles advantageous).
- Minimum 23 years experience in a finance management or senior accountant role.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and reporting standards.
- Advanced Excel skills essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Klerksdorp North West.
