What Were Looking For:

The Call Center Representative is a vital member of the Business Development Center (BDC) responsible for supporting the service department through effective customer engagement and appointment setting. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments provide information on maintenance and repair services and ensure an exceptional customer experience from first contact to service completion.

You will act as a liaison between customers and the service department promoting timely vehicle maintenance. This position requires excellent customer service skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Scheduled Hours:

  • 9:00am6:00pm MondayFriday
  • Every 4th Saturday 8:00am3:00pm (When working a Saturday you will be given a day off during that week)
  • Fulltime 40 hours/week

Ideal Qualifications & Skills Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a call center customer service or automotive BDC setting is strongly preferred
  • 2 years customer service experience
  • Proficiency with technology computer systems and phone systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Positive professional and proactive demeanor
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass preemployment drug screen and background check
  • Customerfocused with a friendly approachable demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer inbound service calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance repairs recalls and service specials.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments follow up on missed or declined services and conduct postservice satisfaction calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments using the dealerships CRM and scheduling systems.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM database.
  • Promote dealership services maintenance packages and special offers to drive traffic to the service department.
  • Collaborate with service advisors technicians and management to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly performance goals for call volume appointments set and followup contacts.
  • Handle customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Stay updated on dealership service offerings recalls seasonal promotions and vehiclespecific maintenance requirements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
