Channel Analyst Manager Data Science
INNOCEAN USA a fullservice advertising agency is looking for a skilled Channel Analyst Manager to join our team!
Our Analytics team is focused on using data to generate insights and power datadriven decisions across the business for our client. As a Channel Analyst Manager of digital analytics you will work with a team of analysts responsible for monitoring measuring and improving the health and performance of our digital channels. Through crossfunctional collaboration and inventive metrics building you will enable teams across our organization to make smarter better and faster decisions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategies to improve channel performance including identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing channels.
- Work with crossfunctional teams including engineering account and strategy teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Analyze channel performance metrics identify trends and make datadriven decisions to improve results.
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for marketing analytics in collaboration with key stakeholders driving alignment with overall business objectives.
- Assist a team of data analysts to support the diverse needs of a global marketing organization
- Stay uptodate on industry trends competitor activities and changes in channel algorithms and policies.
- Provide regular reports to management on channel performance and recommendations for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years in a related role with proven experience in marketing analytics at a media agency or client side/industry.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g. Python R Tableau Looker).
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Adobe Analytics).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; translate data and insights into actions and recommendations communicating in a concise honest and understandable way.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills for interacting with partners and stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking:Ability to develop and implement effective channel strategies.
- Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze data identify trends and draw meaningful insights.

Salary range:$100000
Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: years of experience client training and transferable skills.
