Job Opportunity: HVAC Sales Engineer with ElitAire Indianapolis Indiana

Do you have a hunters mentality with the drive to sell Are you a selfdriven multitasker with the ability to grow a territory of your own Do you have Commercial HVAC experience or knowledge If so then we have an exciting Sales Engineer opportunity for you.

As the HVAC Sales Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining productive relationships within an assigned territory with engineers architects mechanical contractors general contractors and owners. ElitAire is a provider of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and services for new and existing buildings.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with building owners consulting engineers and contractors to drive sales of HVAC products and services.
  • Conduct site visits assess customer needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals cost estimates and technical recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineering and service departments to ensure seamless project .
  • Stay up to date on HVAC industry trends regulations and emerging technologies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide technical support and product training to customers as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in an Engineering discipline; required.
  • Education or competitor experience in the commercial HVAC industry; required.
  • Exceptional communication skills welldeveloped listening skills and ability to interpret business and client needs and navigate complex customer interactions.
  • Flexibility to travel and participate in the Daikin Applied Graduate Engineer Training (GET) sixmonth program to learn foundational knowledge build professional networks enhance industry credibility and understand HVAC products systems applications and reallife situations; required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Prior experience creating sales proposals quotes and reviewing contracts.
  • Demonstrated sales success energized by meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Outstanding relationship management interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
  • Proven initiative and strong work ethic.
  • Revit or AutoCAD experience.
