Youll work within our Cape Town Finance Team collaborating closely with the teams in London and Dubai to ensure they keep smashing those AUM milestones with precision and transparency.
Job Description:
Deliver slick monthly management accounts (P&L Balance Sheet Cashflow)
Keep us on track with reconciliations KPIs audit prep and process optimisation
Partner across departments to fuel smarter budgeting and forecasting
Own and enhance our Xero setup across multiple global entities
Ensure timely accurate payments across multiple banking platforms
Skills & Experience:
3 5 years experience in a similar environment
Sharp eye for detail and obsession with accuracy
A natural problemsolver with serious analytical chops
Proactive independent and hungry to grow
Organised communicative and techsavvy
Bonus points if you get fintech/wealth but well train you up
Qualification:
Degree / Diploma in Finance / Accounting (or equivalent)
