Due to our rapid growthHinderer Powersports is seeking a PART TIME Sales Consultant to join our Team! The ideal candidate for this position will be an expert on all the models that we sell will deliver high quality customer service and become a consultant to each customer on finding the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs.

Your Role:

As a Sales Consultant youll:

  • Engage with Customers:Assist clients in finding vehicles that perfectly match their needs and preferences.

  • Master Our Inventory:Become knowledgeable about the features and benefits of our diverse range of vehicles.

  • Deliver Exceptional Service:Ensure a seamless and enjoyable purchasing experience for every customer.

  • Prospecting:Proactively seek new customers through various channels.

  • Customer Satisfaction:Maintain high satisfaction ratings by providing exceptional service and consistent followup.

  • Certification:Obtain manufacturer certifications to enhance product knowledge.

  • Relationship Building:Foster repeat business by building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Education:High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or marketing is a plus.

  • Skills:Customer service 1 year preferred excellent communication problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Attributes:High energy strong work ethic willingness to learn and a professional demeanor.

  • Requirements: Valid drivers license & reliabletransportation.
