What youll do
Own FullCycle Recruiting for Technical Roles Source engage and close toptier talent across Engineering Product Design and Operations ensuring a stellar candidate experience from first touch to close
Be the goto expert for all things technical recruitingtaking full ownership of hiring outcomes and constantly improving processes
Partner with Hiring Managers Work closely with team leads across technical functions to understand needs define ideal candidate profiles and build highquality pipelines
Drive TopofFunnel Strategy Build proactive scalable sourcing strategies to attract diverse and missionaligned talent across technical disciplines
Refine Hiring Processes Help design and iterate on interview loops and assessments that are rigorous inclusive and efficient
Track and Report on Hiring Metrics Monitor key recruiting KPIs identify bottlenecks and report on pipeline health and timetofill
Champion Our Employer Brand Represent Topline Pro with authenticity enthusiasm and technical credibility in every candidate interaction
Scale Recruiting Infrastructure Build foundational systems tools and workflows that enable speed and quality as the technical team grows
What were looking for
36 years of experience in fullcycle technical recruiting with a strong track record of hiring engineers product managers designers and/or operators
Proven success building pipelines and closing candidates in highgrowth startup environments
Excellent technical sourcing skills with creative strategies for reaching passive candidates
Experience recruiting for SaaS or subscriptionbased tech businesses preferred
Familiarity with the nuances of hiring across technical teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsyou can partner with technical hiring managers and influence decisions
Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Bostonbased and available to work from our downtown office 45 days a week
