Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Customer Consumer Agent within our Customer Service Team.

In a nutshell you will be responsible for:

Delivering a high standard of customer experience by providing critical troubleshooting advice and resolving technical queries. Customer satisfaction and effective communication is of the highest priority in supporting the highend products and services offered across the House of Rohl and Aqualisa product brands.

What you are already great at:

  • Working as part of a team in delivering a high standard of service to our consumers.
  • Handle approximately 2025 inbound calls per day 25.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant department or higherlevel when necessary.
  • Engage and support the UK and EMEAA Sales force.
  • Record consumer complaints/quality issues on CRM.
  • Process orders product registrations and refunds for card payments.
  • Respond within department SLA to queries product information technical support order discrepancies warranty claims.
  • Proactively action and manage emails sent to the team mailboxes.
  • Collaborate with other departments and sister companies ensuring information and process are integrated and aligned.
  • Full process handling for the return of faulty product ensuring all relevant procedures are followed.
  • Any other duties as required by the Manager for the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
  • Record clear and accurate details of consumer interactions.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products services and customer experience.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures.

For this role we would need you to demonstrate:

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in contact/call centre/customer service environment.
  • Experience of working within a premium/luxury brand (desired).
  • Excellent written and spoken English (essential).
  • Ability to use own initiative in a proactive manner.
  • Strong attention to detail (essential).
  • Possess the ability to problem solve prioritise and work under pressure.
  • Have excellent customer service relationship and communication skills.
  • Be proficient in MS Office Suites (desired).
  • CXone/Hubspot CRM knowledge (desired).
  • Enjoy working as part of a wellestablished team.
  • Willingness for continuous learning and development

Siobhan has worked for Fortune Brands since November 2021 joining as the EMEAA HR Business Partner and was appointed into the HR Director role from 2022. Combining strategic and operational HR expertise Siobhan likes to apply a fresh but practical approach to HR she firmly believes in a People First mindset with the aim of to put the human back into Human Resources. Prior to joining Fortune Brands Siobhan worked with Pilgrims UK part of the JBS group and spent 4 years in a senior HR leadership role with a strong record in HR in both FMCG and manufacturing. Siobhans career started in a very different way though she used to manage multisite sales and operations for one of Europes largest leisure operators. Siobhan is MCIPD qualified and is a Master NLP Practitioner.

James has worked for Fortune Brands since 2019. Focussed on developing and growing all our brands across the EMEAA region James has created an integrated marketing team working across all the brands. Launching the House of Rohl concept into EMEAA he has also introduced a new brand to the offer in Riobel opening a showroom in London and rebranding all marketing materials in 5 languages and most recently integrated the Aqualisa brand into the team. This new structure has enabled the Company to develop a marketleading future vision for our brands which guides us in the development of new products and future marketing support. James has a Degree from Aston University in Marketing & Economics and prior to joining Fortune Brands was the European Marketing Director at Sherwin Williams managing brands like Ronseal and Valspar.
Paul has worked for Fortune Brands since 2018. Paul leads all product development at Aqualisa. First starting work for Aqualisa in 1995 Paul worked on the development of the digital shower. He then moved within Baxi Group to take up the role of Group Technical Director and led a number of new product developments across the heating industry in Europe. Paul then joined Gtech to develop a groundbreaking cordless vacuum cleaner helping the company to grow from 5m turnover to 130m turnover in 5 years. Paul returned to Aqualisa at the end of 2018 to help turn the bathroom Smart. During his career he has won 3 Queens awards for innovations at Aqualisa Baxi and Gtech. Paul is an Apprenticetrained engineer with a Masters Degree in Engineering Design from Loughborough University.
