Job Description
Job Title: Lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer (MS Dynamics 365 Sales Cloud)
Position Type: FullTime
Salary Range: $70.00$80.00 Hourly
Location: Remote

We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced and highly skilled developer to lead our build out project from Microsoft Dynamics CRM OnPrem to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development process from Microsoft Dynamics CRM OnPrem to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Cloud ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
- Collaborate closely with the Architect of the OnPrem CRM Environment to align system architecture data structure and integration points.
- Work alongside a fulltime Power Platform developer to implement custom solutions and enhance system functionality.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a small development team throughout the migration process.
- Troubleshoot test and optimize CRM functionality to ensure performance and efficiency postmigration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience as an MS Dynamics CRM Developer.
- Indepth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM including the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Sales Cloud.
- Proven experience leading or managing migration projects from onprem solutions to cloudbased environments.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding small development teams.
- Expertise in Power Platform development and customization (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
- Solid understanding of data migrations integrations and system configurations.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with other Microsoft business solutions and technologies (e.g. Azure SharePoint Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
