Project Engineer Commercial Construction
We are seeking a detailoriented Project Engineer to support the planning and of largescale commercial construction projects including schools hospitals and municipal buildings. This role will work closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to ensure quality scheduling and budget compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily project coordination scheduling and document control.
Support project bidding submittals RFIs and change orders.
Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with design quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with subcontractors vendors and internal teams to maintain project timelines.
Track materials budgets and job cost reports throughout the project lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS:
2 Years in a Project Engineering role within commercial construction
Experience with civil construction projects like schools hospitals or public facilities
Proficient in Procore Bluebeam and construction scheduling software
Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be located in or willing to travel to project sites across the region
