Job Description
HBM Hawaii is looking to hire a parttimeJanitorial position located in a retail center. This role requires good communication skills customer service aptitude previous janitorial custodian or related experience is a plus and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor and should be willing to lift/push/pull a minimum of 50lbs (up to 100lbs) be able to walk stand routinely bend squat and stretch throughout their shifts.
- All positions offer benefits including vacation holidays 401k.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean common areas restroom cleaning sweep mop dust pick up trash and remove/dispose trash to designated areas.
- Must be able to climb roof
- Use of ladder
- Painting facility
- Patch pothole
Schedule:
- Saturday and Sunday: 5:30am to 2pm
Compensation:
- $16.50/per hour
