EnSafe is accepting applications for a Project Controls Specialistbased out of EnSafesNashville TN office. This role is specifically for the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry only.

What We Are Looking For:
As a Project Controls Specialist you would provide support to a group of Project Managers with all aspects of project financials and cost control activity spanning a variety of Environmental Engineering and Health & Safety projects. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic driver of standards and accuracy and demonstrate a full knowledge of accounting and financial practices in the AEC industry.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Working in a fastpaced environment with the ability to balance closing each month.
- Attending projectrelated meetings
- Working closely with multiple Project Managers to develop monthly project status reports.
- Assisting Project Managers with their billing review.
- Ensuring projects are being billed by applicable client/project agreements.
- Managing financial structure/revenue setup for all assigned projects.
- Handling cost transfers while adhering to company policy and procedures.
- Preparing final invoices for review and posting to the financial system.
- A/R Collections as needed.
- Tracking and inquiring about unbilled costs.
- Communicating billing status as needed to other team members.
- Providing support as required/needed by the Project Manager(s) and Project Controls Associate(s).
What Youll Need:
- BA/BS in finance business accounting or a similar field is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of billing experience.
- Microsoft Excel experience and the ability to manage a high email volume via Outlook.
- Ability to manage a high volume of projects with high accuracy organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and professional with a variety of personalities.
- Ability to travel on occasion.
